Participant’s fee of $300.00 includes registration, dinner and a memento.  Additional dinner reservations cost $48.00 per person for ages 13 to infinity. Children, ages 5 to 12, will be priced later, but let us know who will be coming.  IMPORTANT : NO golf fees should be included with this entry form.  Go to the tournament page to see where golf payments should be sent.
